What can you ship to Poland?

Cargo needs to be palletised, shrink-wrapped and labelled with the consignee, because groupage is handled several times between your loading bay and the delivery address. Poland charges 23%, among the highest standard rates in the EU, but Article 33a of the Polish VAT Act lets a registered importer account for it on the return instead of paying at clearance. Gdańsk has become the main deep-water gateway for central and eastern Europe, so onward road delivery into the Czech Republic, Slovakia and the Baltics is well developed from there.
