What can you ship to New Zealand?

New Zealand charges 15% GST, the highest of the Anglosphere markets on this list, and applies biosecurity controls that are stricter still than Australia's. The Ministry for Primary Industries inspects incoming containers for soil, seeds, insects and plant residue, and a failed inspection means fumigation, cleaning or re-export at the importer's expense. Clean, ISPM 15 marked packaging is not a formality here.
